Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Das Gold JewelOS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, karigor artisans, and visitors.

2. Platform Use

The JewelOS platform is designed exclusively for legitimate jewellery trade activities. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and KYC.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
• Not impersonate another business or individual on the platform.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws including GST, IT Act, and AML regulations.

3. Gold Ledger & Transactions

The gold ledger on JewelOS is a record-keeping tool. Das Gold is not a party to transactions between platform members. We do not guarantee the quality, purity, or delivery of gold traded between members. All physical transactions are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.

4. Gold Rate Information

Live gold rates displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party APIs and MCX data feeds. They are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. Das Gold does not guarantee the accuracy of these rates and shall not be liable for any trading decisions made based on platform-displayed rates.

5. Account Suspension

Das Gold reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false KYC information, violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is flagged for suspicious behaviour. Suspended accounts may appeal by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, code, and branding is the property of Das Gold. The JewelOS trademark and logo may not be used without written permission. User-submitted content (photos, descriptions) remains your property; you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Das Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
